Bigg Boss concluded its 17th season on Sunday with a grand finale. After four months of intense competition, controversy, and nonstop drama on Bigg Boss 17, Munawar Faruqui has finally won the BB trophy. The stand-up lifts the Big Boss 17 Trophy, receives a new Hyundai Creta car, and wins a 50 lakh prize.
Bigg Boss 17 began a four-month adventure filled with intense battles, controversy, and nonstop drama started with its contestants including Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, Isha Malviya, Sana Khan, Rinku Dhawan, Sunny Arya, Khanzaadi, Soniya Bansal, Anurag Dobhal, Jigna Vora, Munawar Faruqui, Mannara Chopra, Ankita Lokhande, Arun Mashettey, Navid Sole, and Abhishek Kumar, Bigg Boss 17 kicked off on October 16th. As wild card candidates, TV actors Samarth Jurel and Ayesha Khan, as well as South Korean singer Aoora, entered the show.
On Bigg Boss 17, stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui has had the most fascinating journey. It seemed like he was in it to win it as soon as he walked onto the show. Munawar, however, battled through the highs and lows and ultimately made it to the finals. Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar, who is celebrating his birthday today, has emerged after a journey spanning over 100 days.
From the first day, Munawar was the most intelligent player. Bigg Boss expressed praise for Munawar as well. Munawar’s performance did suffer briefly when Ayesha Khan appeared on the air and made the accusation that she had cheated on him. Munawar went on with his journey despite acknowledging his mistakes.
Munawar Faruqui became a more formidable opponent for the contenders with each week that went by. He engaged in his fair share of altercations and fights, but he was unfazed. This season’s high point was seeing his private life exposed to the world.
Munawar also formed some close friendships with contestants on Bigg Boss 17. He and Ankita Lokhande had a close relationship, but it fell apart over a task. Munawar never harbored resentment, though. With finalist Abhishek Kumar, he also formed a really enjoyable friendship during the event. Munawar has wonderful friendships with Ankita, Mannara, and Abhishek despite the unpleasant memories he has from the show.

Big Boss 17 Finale Episode Highlights
Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan entered the Bigg Boss house in the finale to take one competitor out with them. Arun Mahshetty was the first competitor from the top 5 to be eliminated. The remaining competitors were Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar, and Mannara Chopra. Ankita Lokhande was eliminated from the winning race in the following round. Mannara Chopra came in second place after that.
The show’s top two were Munawar Faruqui and Abhishek Kumar, who were favored by the audience. Abhishek finished second, but Munawar won the coveted trophy.
