On the occasion of the consecration ceremony for Ram Lalla at the Ayodhya Ram Temple, Mukesh Ambani, along with his wife Nita Ambani, son Anant Ambani and his soon-to-be wife Radhika Merchant, Akash Ambani and wife Shloka Mehta, as well as Isha Ambani and husband Anand Piramal, Executive Director of Piramal Group, were present.
Mukesh Ambani, the Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited, along with his family, has declared a donation of Rs 2.51 crore to the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in celebration of the Pran Pratishtha of Ram Lalla on Monday, January 22.
Mukesh Ambani, accompanied by his wife Nita Ambani, son Anant Ambani with his soon-to-be wife Radhika Merchant, Akash Ambani, CEO of Reliance Jio, with his wife Shloka Mehta, and Isha Ambani with her husband Anand Piramal, Executive Director of Piramal Group, attended the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
At the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Mukesh Ambani remarked, “The arrival of Lord Ram today marks January 22 as a momentous Ram Diwali for the entire nation.” Nita Ambani described it as historic
Akash Ambani, accompanied by his fiancee, expressed,”This day will be written in the pages of history, we are happy to be here.”
During his visit to Badrinath and Kedarnath Temples in October 2023, Mukesh Ambani made charitable contributions of Rs 2.5 lakh to each temple committee.
In September 2023, he donated Rs 1.51 crore for annadanam (devotees’ food) during prayers at Kerala’s Guruvayur Temple.
Furthermore, in March 2023, a visit to the Somnath Temple with his son Akash led to a donation of Rs 1.51 crore to the Somnath Temple Trust.
