Users affected by the technical glitch on the Groww app are expressing concerns, with some asking who will compensate for their losses incurred during the disruption.


Numerous users expressed frustration on social media, reporting login issues with the Groww app.

On Tuesday morning, Groww app users took to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to voice complaints about facing technical issues. The platform is likely addressing these concerns to ensure a smoother user experience.

Many users turned to social media to express grievances, citing difficulties logging into the app. Issues ranged from login troubles to problems viewing balances and executing orders. The platform is likely addressing these varied concerns to enhance user experience.

One user Anurag Sharma wrote : “I think @_groww servers are down. Not able to login. Anyone else facing this issue?”

Another user Amar Singh wrote, “#groww app not working. Not able to login – its showing SOMETHING WENT WRONG. Is this the case with everyone? Please help.”

Mayank Lakhera wrote, “Absolutely pathetic service by @_groww. Unable to process my sell order. Trying since 10 AM. Every time I place my order, it gets rejected.”

While some users were not able to log in, some of them complained that they were not able to see the balance and not able to execute the orders.

“Groww balance not showing and order not executing @_grow,” one user Prajapati Sushil wrote on X.

Groww has confirmed that the reported issue has been resolved. The fintech platform expressed gratitude for users’ support and patience during the disruption, assuring that the platform is now functioning properly.

Users demand for compensation:

Users, frustrated by the app’s glitch, are demanding compensation for losses incurred. One user expressed discontent on platform X, stating, “You are my broker, and I am not able to transact on your app. And unable to execute orders. What is going on? Who will pay for my losses? Don’t do this type of cheap manipulation. Very disgusting. Shameful.” This highlights the impact of technical issues on users’ financial activities and the call for accountability.

“Hello! We apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is addressing a technical issue and working to resolve it promptly. Your patience is highly appreciated, and we’ll be back to normal operations shortly. Thank you for your understanding. Team Groww,” posted the company on X.

Later, Groww app tackled and resolved a technical issue that led to user complaints. Amid the resolution, some users are pressing for compensation regarding losses incurred during the glitch. The company apologized, appreciated users’ patience, and assured a return to normal operations.
